Make the world a better place
ABOUT OXMUN
ABOUT OXMUN
OXMUN is a simulation of the United Nations. In this event, participants engage in debates and discussions addressing real-world problems that occur globally. The concept of Model United Nations (MUN) originated from student-led simulations of the League of Nations.
In the MUN setup, delegates, representing different countries, come together to explore and debate various global issues. The primary goal of OXMUN is to provide a platform for students to enhance their understanding of real-world problems and to develop leadership skills through the simulation of the United Nations proceedings.
Through these simulations, participants gain insights into international relations, diplomacy, and the complexities of addressing global challenges.
